The client for Folio requested a complete rebranding campaign for their newly-acquired apartment property. The client desired an organic look to connect to nature. I created a warm, natural feel in the branding and marketing materials. The existing monuments were updated with new, illuminated signs and metallic-copper-colored, glass tiles.
