Hardy Yards

Signage   

Hardy Yards is an urban, Houston housing project constructed in the area of the historic freight railroad tracks of the same name. The design uses historic train photos and textures to embrace the look and feel of the freight yards and industrial age. A large blade identity sign with retro neon letters is the focal point of the iconic clock tower. Design of the community’s signage followed with similar shapes and colors. Cement graphics in the parking garage were designed to alert residents to key elevator locations.
