The client for the Inspire Coastal Grand project desired branding for a new, regional brand for Liberty Senior Living. This property is the first of multiple senior living communities which will follow this look. I established the brand and implemented it across all media types. As a result of the brand’s appeal, in the first six months of pre-leasing, the community had four times more leases signed than the market average for their demographic.
