Rhythm was a new-construction apartment community in Austin, Texas which needed a full branding campaign including and starting with a name. I chose “Rhythm” to connect to the local music scene and rhythm of life. Branding for Rhythm was so effective it attracted over 30 leases during its first month, all while the property was still under construction during the height of the global pandemic.
